Behavior:Sterlets are very intresting to watch swim, they will swim all day long even at night time after the lights are out on the tank, they also swim in every direction, even upside down. 

Diet:Feeding time is always fun to watch, as soon as the food hits the water they go in to "fast mode" They swim very fast trying to get as much food as they can.  They are not picky eaters and will eat anything that is meaty, such as brine shrimp, black worms, bugs, flake food and any prepared frozen food you can purchase at your local pet store.

Size: Unlike the thier cousins the sturgon that get huge, Sterlets stay relatively small they are known to get 36" but will usually only get 24" in the home aquarium or pond.
