Crayfish
Chris - Ohio (Tuesday, September 23, 2008)
Paul up there must have had great luck with both the crayfish and the puffer fish. In my experiences with puffers and crustaceans, things have never gone that well. The puffers usually immediately seek them out and go for the eyes. And I mean immediately. I've even had one with his eyes removed by a puffer catch and kill the puffer leaving 2 dead animals. I've mixed blues with alot of things, but I wouldn't recommend a puffer, usually. But to the original review, these things are very cool, active 3/4 of the time or more, always climbing the driftwood above the feeder fish I keep in the tank, and dive down to catch their prey (6 inch crayfish 1' feeders).
It's very entertaining for several reasons, the color is phenominal for a freshwater tank, they never stop moving, and they don't just pace aimlesly without a plan, they're always hunting. 24/7 entertainment.

The Assasin
GM - Houston (Wednesday, September 3, 2008)
This guy is one of the coolest invertabrates out there. I have One in an aggressive black sanded tank and one in an black and blue rocked community tank. He does generally well in the community due to he only goes for the angel fish (killed 3/4) the fourth I named lucky haha. BUT in the aggressive tank he goes for all of my ciclids. He crawls up the tank and hides waiting for them to swim under him and he attacks. It's pretty funny to watch but I don't want them to get cut

Blue Crayfish
Rudy - San Diego (Monday, November 5, 2007)
Yes there a graet addition to any tank but 'BEWARE' they can crawl out of a non covered tank. They do keep the bottom of your tank clean and will eat just about anything, ours loves earth worms and algea pellets. They do need places to hide durring the day !

Blue crayfish
Kids Count Pediatrics - Elkin, North Carolina (Friday, January 19, 2007)
This guy is the star of our 120 gallon peaceful community tank. He arrived in prefect condition, is gorgeous and moves around the tank all day and hangs off the rigging off our 'sunken ship' ornmanent. I don't know who loves him more - the kids or us...

Blue Crayfish
Sam - Pearl River (Thursday, August 10, 2006)
I never bought a blue crayfish but I bred an ordinary crayfish and a red lobster and they had over 50 small blue crayfish. They are easy to keep as long as the babies are alone.
